All bookings to be confirmed 2 hours before the appointment, otherwise the appointment wll become available for someone else. No exceptions.

I ask that the booking is confirmed 2 hours before the booking takes place or the booking will become available for someone else, if you do make a booking and do not confirm or turn up i will not take future bookings from you, sorry guys just be polite, it really does not take long to let me know. Hygiene and cleanliness is very important to me and I have regular check up at the clinic for reassurance of both parties, you will always find me spotlessly clean and groomed and I would expect the same cleanliness back, and you will receive all the services I offer with pleasure. I do not offer some services especially not BB.

Although I do not clock watch I do not expect you to take advantage of this.
